- You are under no obligation to proceed with any installer
- All negotiations and agreements are directly between you and the installer
Installer Verification
While we strive to work with reputable installers, we recommend:
- Verifying installer credentials and licenses
- Obtaining multiple quotes before making decisions
- Checking references and past work
- Ensuring proper contracts and warranties are provided
Limitation of Liability
MySolar serves as a connection platform only. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of installation or service work performed
- Disputes between customers and installers
- Financial transactions between parties
- Damage or injury resulting from installations
Pricing and Payments
Our lead generation service is free for customers. Solar installers pay for qualified leads. All pricing negotiations and payments for solar installations are handled directly between customers and installers.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MySolar remain our property or that of our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
